A home away from home
Going away on a vacation or on business? No longer able to take care of your four-legged friend because of your health? Surely, your pet is not supposed to suffer because of any of this?
We offer your dog or cat a temporary home away from home. Our animal keepers put their knowledge and their many years of experience to use to ensure the well-being of your animal and to guarantee animal-friendly, tender, loving care.
It is with pleasure that we will provide your cat or dog with more than just shelter. We recommend a timely reservation.
General conditions
The minimum stay at the shelter is two nights. Unfortunately we cannot offer shelter to cats, older than 8 months that were not castrated – or to bitches in heat.
Health, vaccinations
Please bring along a valid vaccination card.
If your pet is only vaccinated irregularly, its last vaccination should have been carried out no more than 30 days ago. If your pet is vaccinated regularly every year, then it is sufficient if the last vaccination was carried out no longer than one year ago.
Terms of payment
Entry and exit days will be charged in full. If you wish to pick up your pet earlier than planned, half of the remaining shelter fees will be charged. If you have made a reservation but do not bring your animal to the shelter as convened without cancelling your reservation at least 14 calendar days in advance, we will also charge you half of the shelter fees.
Shelter fees
Small dogs – shoulder height of up to 35 cm CHF 20.00 / day
Medium-sized dogs – shoulder height of 35 cm – 50 cm CHF 23.00 / day
Large dogs – shoulder height as of 50 cm CHF 26.00 / day
Cats, individually, in a box CHF 14.00 / day
Cats, 2 animals in the same box CHF 22.00 / day
The costs are to be paid in cash, by bank-, postal or credit card - when you pick up your pet.
